The Building B of SM City Rosales opened on May 15, 2009. It houses the mall’s major anchors: SM Department Store, SM Foodcourt, SM Cinema and other independent outlets. Its completion gives worldclass shopping experience to Pangasinan residents and tourists. It also serves as catalyst for economic growth in the area.

There are 4 deluxe cinemas in Building B. Its spacious foodcourt is at the groundfloor.

The opening of Building A happened on November 2008. Major anchors like SM Hypermarket, Ace Hardware, SM Appliance Center, Banco de Oro, Watsons and other retail stores and food outlets are housed in Building A.

SM City Rosales is the first SM mall in Pangasinan. It’s also the largest mall in the Province. SM Rosales is the 32nd SM supermall. It is located along Mac Arthur Highway, Carmen East, Rosales Pangasinan.

starting june of 2009 new inportant curatorial events injected for sm city, bringing what the best in pangasinan… culture and arts…indie film maker christopher gozum of bayambang,poets – anlong by ulupan, ASIN-artisti sining viswal nang panag-asinan- art exhibit on sculpture of 4 angbabangil artist ..ERNEST V. ELDUAYAN , ram mamalio, ryan vicente, and pars sison… landscaping set by palga.. and puto mosiac of bellas,calasiao … fashion show on abel by cecile jimenez and bridal set up, and on the last the week of the month … group of photographers will showcase their ouvre…
