Dagupan has formed a task force against AH1N1. After the Philippines 1st case of the Swine Flu, Mayoy Alipio Fernandez Jr. issued E.O. No. 14 which created the multi-agency task force. The formation of task force enhances the allocation of manpower and resource for Dagupan to respond effectively

The A(H1N1) Task Force is headed by Dagupan City health officer, Dr. Leonard Cabonel. The said local body will form plans and measures to respond against a possible outbreak of the influenza A-H1N1
