Dagupan, the trading center in Northern Luzon, prepares for the celebration of City Anniversary. In cooperation with Department of Education, 62nd Agew na Dagupan theme this year is Itanduro! Pinablin Dagupan.

Lots of activities are being prepared for the celebration. Like Labi ya Panangidayew tan Panligliwa where cultural shows will be presented. Programs, contests and Tagisan na Talisiw will be conducted on June 20. While on June 22, Manglingkor ya Kalangweran will be known.

Dagupan Pangasinan became a city on June 20, 1947, when RA 170 was signed into law by President Manuel Roxas.
