Under the leadership of <strong>Governor Amado Espino Jr</strong>. books and other reading materials, donated by <strong>Glamorfe Vila-Olay</strong>, were turned over to the provincial Library in <a href="http://www.pangasinan.asia/lingayen">Lingayen, Pangasinan</a>.</p>
<p>12 new computers with free internet were also installed. </p>
<p>More donations are expected as the governor appealed to the alumni association of Pangasinan National High School.</p>

<strong>GILAS</strong> is a multi-sectoral initiative that is composed mainly of corporations and concerned non-profit institutions that realize the need to invest in bridging the digital divide among the nation’s public high school students. It will allow the high school students in the public education to access the resources in cyberspace.</p>
<p>The <strong>Ayala Foundation Incorporated</strong>, the <a href="http://www.pangasinan.asia/rosales/government">LGU of Rosales Pangasinan</a>  headed by Mayor Revita and <strong>Rosalenians of Hawaii</strong> headed by Mr. Amado Bermuda, facilitated the entry of Gilas Project in Rosales.</p>
